How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at [email protected] with:
- Your order number or the email address used for purchase
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve)
Refund Processing
- Refunds are processed through Polar, our merchant of record.
- Once approved, refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
After 14 Days

License Deactivation
Upon refund, your license key will be deactivated. You can also deactivate your license at any time through the Software's License menu.
